    How It Works
      The present fuel system today whether carbureted, fuel injected, or throttle body fuel injected are not vaporizers.   They are metering devices, granted some are better than others, but being the engine needs vapor gas and not liquid gas this is where the Fuel Vaporizer GLS shines.


    Scientically this is how it works, described below:
  • Gas is fed to the Fuel Vaporizer GLS.
  • The liquid gas is turned to vapor gas.
  • The vapor gas is injected directly into the intake manifold.
  • The liquid gas passing through the present fuel system is decreased to compensate for the added vapor gas.


    • Carbureted Systems
      On carbureted vehicles this is done by not having to push down on the accelerator as much because of the added increase in horsepower. This is why it feels like a constant tail wind pushing the vehicle. Fuel Injected Systems
      On fuel injected vehicles the oxygen sensor senses the extra vapor and signals the computer   to shut down the liquid gas passing through the injector(s).

    That's only half of it
    *nbsp; We told you this vapor was injected into the intake manifold. To be more specific, we install the Fuel Vaporizer GLS in the PCV line . The hydro-carbons and emissions that normally pass through the PCV valve to be reburned are collected in the vaporizer chamber of the Fuel Vaporizer GLS.   Some members found this to help them pass the emissions test whereas otherwise they would not. Thank heavens for that.
