   I, the undersigned, would like to purchase the patent pending vaporizer adapter and own this new technology and would like to try out a vaporizer below as offfered and listed as I do not currently own a vaporizer. I realize "at no extra cost" that the GLS is an available choice.
   I also know that since the vaporizer GLS is my choice (at no cost to me) there is no warranty but, should the vapor adapter under warranty not calibrate fuel correctly or become defective, for its intended use. I am obligated to notify you via email then, using an RMA# mail in the device with my statement explaining the problem. I also understand that the warranty for my vaporizer adapter which carries a life time warranty purchasing this way, as I have read the "warranty" in this order form before purchasing the adapter kit as advertised.
