   Inasmuch as United States Patent Laws give certain rights and privileges to those who have come under their protection, and inasmuch as it sometimes difficult to pursue (and bring to justice) those who choose to ignore the rights to those who own the patent, an Agreement is necessary.
        Therefore, since you have requested a Distributorship Position of our Company, we ask that you agree to the terms herein set forth.
1. That you will not reproduce any gas saver vapor carburator Product which is manufactured by us at anytime, nor in any place, without written notarized permission from the patent holder. Nor will you cause any of this gas saver vapor carburator product to be reproduced at anytime, nor anyplace.
Nor will you give approval to anyone, at any place, at anytime to reproduce products which is manufactured by the patent holder and promoted by the sales office in Riverton, Wyoming, under severe penalty of the law. Plus, it is your solemn promise that if you have any knowledge at anytime, of any person or persons anywhere in the world who is engaged in the act of reproducing products which are patented and protected that you will immediately notify this company of such action.
2. That you will not copy our product (so far as the basic function) and change the form thereof, and thereby make your own.
3. In the event that you should violate the above promise, and begin to manufacture or have manufactured, or give approval to any person or persons to manufacture the Fuel Vaporizer GLS on your behalf, that you will submit to the long arm of the law, and will expect to be punished as far as the law will allow. 4. We believe that you are an honest person who would like to achieve better things in your life with the personal business at hand. Therefore, we would like to work with you, and help you achieve your goals.
5. With your signature on this Agreement, we will honor you as an distributor for AGS Vaporizer GLS in connection with the Fuel Vaporizer GLS.

This Agreement is set forth between AGS Vaporizer GLS of Riverton, Wyoming and the (agreed upon) exclusive distributor named herein, and is expected to be adhered to by both parties at all times. Failure to abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement could cause it to be terminated.

Agrees To The Following:
1. To fully acknowledge the second party referred to as an distributor for, and on behalf of this company.
2. Permission is hereby given to set Distributor to Distribute the Fuel Atomizer anywhere in the Area Designated herein.
3. Under the terms of this Agreement (plus under the terms set forth in the Limited Warranty) this company agrees to permit this Distributor to make these purchases as follows, in lots as discussed, please be advised that prices can change with out notice. Also, please be advised of the price list before ordering everytime:
3a. Shipping & Handling, which is not included to the bulk price will vary from country to country. However, in the US, it is at this time, please call to confirm this, include your amount in mind and ask online for an update, here for current "US" rates.
4. it is hereby agreed that said Distributor shall be fully responsible for any and all warranties or guarantees promised, or implied in connection with his, or her, sale of any Fuel Atomizer anywhere at anytime, and product Manufacturer will not be liable in any case.
5. It is also agreed and understood that the Distributor named herein is not an employee of AGS Vaporizer GLS, but is an Independent Agent. He or She is therefore responsible in every way concerning extra money that is earned through and by this Distributorship.
6. It is also herein agreed and understood that said Distibutor shall manifest a record of good performance in his or her (accountability) in sales in order to maintain the status of Distributorship of the agreed upon area.
   However, the Administrative Board of the AGS Vaporizer GLS Reserves the Option of Approving Distributorships Based on the Following:
1. Demonstrates Effective Interpersonal Skills.
2. Integrity of Individual(s).                                  
3. Demonstrates Ability to Cooperate with the Distribution Agreement in this agreement. Your minimum required order as a dealer will be set forth via mail in or faxed in signature of this agreement showing a "true interest".

LIMITED WARRANTY
   AGS Fuel Vaporizer GLS hereby warrants the product known as the Fuel Vaporizer GLS to be free of defects in material or workmanship, as to shipper's transfer to distributor. Distributors are required & obligated to check for freight damage before acceptance.
   AGS Fuel Vaporizer GLS will replace, without charge, via manufacturing any unit that fails due to defective material or workmanship. Malfunctions or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misapplication, improper installation or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
   It is expressly agreed -- THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE AND ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT.
   The foregoing states warrantor's entire and exclusive liability and warrantee's exclusive sole remedy. Warrantor will in no event be liable for any consequential, special or contingent damage or expense arising directly or indirectly from any defect in its product or from the use thereof, nor is any other person authorized to assume for warrantor any such liability.
   Since it is a fact that AGS Fuel Vaporizer GLS has no way of knowing whether or not the Fuel Vaporizer GLS will be installed correctly or incorrectly.
   AGS Vaporizer GLS knows of a certainty that the Fuel Vaporizer GLS can be deliberately installed incorrectly for the purpose of causing a fire, or some other damage, so as to cause the damage to seem to be the fault of Manufacturer. The foregoing statements being a known fact -- I declare that I have read them carefully, and therefore have full knowledge of the fact that manufacturer will in no way be held responsible for anything that is done, or not done with any Fuel Vaporizer GLS, no matter WHERE, no matter WHEN , no matter WHAT, and no matter WITH WHOM , other than that which is stated in the contents of this warranty.

   Having full knowledge of these facts, I do hereby set forth my hand, and declare that my signature is my oath of promise that as a Distributor I shall in no way hold manufacturer responsible for anything related to the Fuel Vaporizer GLS except a repair or replacement of defective material and, or, workmanship. I will make provisions to, and be responsible for, any and all problems, and, or, expense that may arise from the use of any and all Fuel Vaporizer GLS that I receive.

P.S. The Manufacturer of this unit will also replace any Fuel Vaporizer GLS which fails to preform, satisfactorily due to factory defects.

A written notice will be accepted within 45 business days prior to ending this agreement (dated), for agreed upon revolving purchases, faxed or mailed to the above address. My signature above is valid & proves my approval for any credit card transaction(s) I choose to give for my purchases, for the minimum agreed upon. Note* ALL sales are final.
